Flea's demonic form, whenever he encounters Lunar Rok (Dark Rock) he turns into this.
1) this is NOT the same as his Feral Form, which i, 2) created BEFORE Sonic Unleashed's "Werehog Form" was about.
The most common characteristic is the blinded eyes (in some newer sketches they just have dots for a more eerie effect), they also sprout a horn, and pretty much everything gets ruffled.
